Special ink classifications are liquid crystal ink, scented ink, pearlescent ink, electroluminescent ink, luminous ink, scratch card ink, carbon paper ink.
The difference between hot bronzing and cold bronzing:
1. The speed of cold bronzing is fast, the fastest speed can reach 50-60 m/min, while the speed of general round pressing and round bronzing is only 20-30 m/min.
2. The materials for cold bronzing are widely applicable, such as cold bronzing on thermal paper and some film materials.
3. Since the common flexo printing plate is used instead of the expensive metal plate cylinder, the production cost of the hot stamping plate is greatly reduced, and the cost of cold hot stamping is only about one-tenth of the ordinary hot stamping.
4. Since the heating drum is not used, energy is saved and consumption is reduced.
5. Because the metal plate cylinder is not made, the chemical corrosion process is abandoned, so the pollution is reduced and it is beneficial to environmental protection.
6. It takes one to two weeks to make a metal plate cylinder by using the traditional bronzing process, while cold bronzing plate making takes only a short time, which greatly shortens the production cycle.
The cold bronzing process is limited by adhesives, metal foils, and other conditions, and there are also some shortcomings, such as 1. After cold bronzing of printed matter, it must be varnished or covered with wax to protect the bronzing pattern, which increases the cost of bronzing and the complexity of the process. sex. 2. The cold bronzing process is not suitable for film materials with shrinkage characteristics, such as PVC, PE, and other materials. 3. Due to the poor leveling of UV adhesives, some of the dried surfaces are not absolutely flat, resulting in poor brightness and diffuse reflection on the surface of the metal foil transferred on it. That said, cold bronzing is not as effective as traditional hot bronzing. The cold bronzing process is suitable for various types of narrow-width printing machines. Due to the simple process and the convenient installation of the attached equipment, it is a promising new bronzing process. The technical key of the cold bronzing process is UV adhesive and special anodized aluminum foil. At present, imported and domestic UV adhesives have been sold in the Chinese market, and the production process of anodized aluminum without hot melt adhesive is very simple. We believe that with the development of the printing industry and the needs of applications in various industries, the application of cold bronzing technology in my country has also achieved great development.
