Main Properties

Trouble-shooting hot stamping foil and suitable for a wide range of plastic and vanish surface substrates with definition and board area and with good stamping ability and adhesion. High metallic gloss. Good adhesion to UV varnishes and OPP laminates.

Low stamping temperature and good for high-speed stamping.

Good heat resistance with wide range of stamping temperature. Good color durability.

Good transferring performance, suitable for stamping both fine details and medium areas.

Substrates

UV inks, UV varnishes, OPP laminates, metallized paper, PET, PETG, rigid PVC, AS, ABS, SAN, PS, PP.

Stamping Machines

Up and down,cylinder presses and rotary machines.

Stamping Temperature

110-150℃ for verticial&platen machine

135-170℃ for cylinder machines.

170-220℃ for rotary machines.

Applications

Tobacco packages, General package,Cosmetic, pharmaceutical and health care packaging boxes, chocolate packages.

Color Available

Gloss Silver,matte silver, various gold and matte gold, black, blue, red, green, and other laser gold/silver colors are available.
