Components

Polyester Carrier Sheet: Serves as the base or ‘carrier’ for the foil

Release Coat: Allows the other layers to release from the film carrier upon application of heat &/or pressure.

Lacquer or Color Coat: Carries the color tint in the form of pigments or dyes.

Metal Coat: Generally composed of aluminum to provide the reflective qualities and opacity desired in metallic foils.

Adhesive Coat: Serves to bond the foil to the substrate being stamped. This determines the printability on different substrates.

Types of Hot Stamping Foils Available

Magnetic foils

These are the most common type of stamping foil used in the stamping process. They give a good finishing to the design and are widely available in gold and silver colours.

Pigmented foils

Pigmented foils imparts a matte or glossy non-metallic finish to the surfaces they are applied to. They are highly adaptable and use don paper and plastic material of all kinds.

Pearlescent foils

These kinds of hot stamping foils are widely used on wedding or any kind of invitation cards. They are available in both transparent and translucent finishes.

Scratch foils

These foils are designed as such that they can be easily scratched off by using fingernails or coins. They are widely used lottery tickets and phone recharge cards.

Applications

Paper

Packaging & Shipping

We can do two methods of packaging:
●120m small roll by using 1 inch paper core, bubble film bag, and carton box packaging, 8 rolls each carton box.
●Max roll length up to 6000 by using 3 inch paper core, platuc plug and plywood protected on both ends, 8 rolls each pallet.

We can ship the goods by courier, by air and by sea. the final method depends on the quantity you order. we have big discount from courier company, such as DHL, Fedex, UPs, Aramex. for air shipping and sea shipment, we also have big advantage. we will give you suggestion according to the final quantity.

A: Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.

A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.

Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A: Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
