Cloth bronzing technology has developed rapidly in my country, but it has been put into mass production in 2000. With the rapid development of science and technology, the fabric bronzing process is also becoming more and more mature, because the overall effect of the fabric after bronzing is elegant, luxurious, and trendy, and it has been more and more loved by many beauty lovers.
With the continuous research and development and update of bronzing technology, fabric bronzing has been subdivided into industries. Taking bronzing equipment and bronzing methods as an example, the more common bronzing equipment are as follows:
1. Hot stamping of round cloth:
Both the bronzing plate and the bottom mold relief are cylindrical, and the two cylindrical rollers are in line contact. The bottom mold relief is generally made of silicone material with moderate hardness. This hot stamping machine is suitable for hot stamping whole rolls of narrow-width rolled cloth strips. The advantages are high speed and high output. The bronzing paper used, usually, in addition to the metal coating on the back, also comes with bronzing adhesive. As long as the gold foil paper is selected properly, and the performance of the bronzing machine is adjusted accurately, the fastness of the cloth strip after bronzing is basically OK.
However, this thing also has a disadvantage. Because the fabric has more or less tension, during the bronzing process of the whole roll of rolled cloth strips, the cloth strips and the bronzing paper are both moving at the same time. When doing multi-color bronzing, It is not easy to control the accuracy of the color registration. At this time, you can only settle for the next best thing. First, do a good job of single-color bronzing to achieve the ultimate.
2. Flat-pressed fabric bronzing:
The more common hot stamping machines are: pneumatic hot stamping machines or manual hot stamping machines, the main components are composed of upper and lower metal plates. When making fabric bronzing, generally, the aluminum plate above heats up and moves downward. The pressure and time that need to be considered when bronzing depend on the height of the glue layer of the printed pattern and the temperature that the fabric can withstand. In most cases, the temperature is between 140° and 160°, the pressure is more than 5kg, and the time is 10 seconds (reference value). If the temperature is too low, the bronzing fastness is not ideal; on the contrary, after the fabric is bronzing, the surface of the fabric will turn red (yellow on the white fabric) and change color. If the pressure is too low, the fastness will be affected; if it is too high, the pattern of the three-dimensional bronzing paste will collapse and lose the three-dimensional sense.
When using this method to make fabric bronzing, there is a premise: add bronzing glue to the screen plate, print the pattern you need on the surface of the fabric in advance, and then enter the bronzing machine to make the fabric bronzing after it is completely dry. After bronzing, set aside to cool completely, tear off the scrap gold foil → check → repair → packaging, and complete the whole process of fabric bronzing.
